Ingredients to make Spinach Egg Special

  • spinach 1/2 kg
  • 3 egg
  • 2 medium onion sliced
  • 1 tomato medium sliced
  • coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • cumin powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Garam masala powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • ginger+garlic paste 1 tablespoon
  • salt to taste
  • olive oil 1 tablespoon
  • Pure ghee 1 teaspoon
  • 1 bay leaf
  • red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon

How to make Spinach Egg Special

  1. Wash spinach in running water at least 3 times, then in the last round wash spinach in warm water.
  2. Cut the spinach and keep aside.
  3. Boil eggs and cut into round slices.
  4. Now heat the oil in a pan, add bay leaf and onion. Saute till onions become translucent.
  5. Now add ginger garlic paste and saute.
  6. After 5 minutes add coriander, cumin and turmeric powder and saute.
  7. After 3 minutes, add tomatoes and saute till it becomes tender.
  8. Then add chopped spinach and salt, mix it well and cover the pan with lid.
  9. Saute for 7 to 8 minutes or till water evaporates from spinach.
  10. Now add pure ghee and garam masala powder.
  11. After that, add sliced egg in spinach masala and mix well. Now turn off the flame.
  12. Serve hot with parathas.
