Ingredients to make Shankerpali

  • all purpose flour 2 bowl
  • pawdered sugar 1/4 cup
  • hot oil 2 spoon and vanspti tup 2spoon+ ghee 1 spoon
  • beking soda pinch
  • milk as required dough

How to make Shankerpali

  1. mix all ingeredients
  2. make tight dough use milk or water
  3. put aside for 1 or 1/2 hours
  4. then divide dough in two part
  5. roll and cut in shankerpalis shape
  6. heat pan add oil or ghee and fry all shanjerpali

add sime suji or rva .
