ABOUT Noodle wrapped chicken RECIPE

A boneless strip of chicken marinated in chinese flavour and wrapped in noodles

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Boneless chicken (long strips)
  2. Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  3. Red chilli sauce 3tsp
  4. Soya sauce 2 tsp
  5. Pepper crushed 1/2tsp
  6. Vinegar 1 tbsp
  7. Egg 2
  8. Maida 2tbsp
  9. Corn flour 2tbsp
  10. Noodles boiled 2 cup
  11. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken in the above ingredients for half an hour
  2. Wrap each piece in boiled noodles and deep fry
  3. Serve with tangy sauce
