Ingredients to make Lehsun sev

  • garlic 6-8pods
  • Besan {gram flour } 1/2 kg
  • Ajwain 1 tsp
  • Hing { asafoetida } 1 tsp
  • Clove ;black pepper powdered 1 tsp
  • turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • baking soda a pinch
  • oil for giving moin a tbs
  • salt per taste
  • oil for making sev

How to make Lehsun sev

  1. Heat oil then cool it and give moin in besan which is sieved .
  2. Add ajwain ;hing;red chilli powder;salt ;turmeric powder;clove powder;black pepper powder;crushed grinded garlic pods .;little soda salt and mix it evenly to make a dough.
  3. Heat oil in kadai .prepare sev using tikti or Ojus machine.

My Tip:

Traditional tikti is best for getting good results.
