Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Maida all purpose flour 4 cup
  2. Ghee 3/4 cup for giving moin
  3. Ghee for frying
  4. Baking soda1/2 tsp
  5. Sugar 3 cup
  6. Curd1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. In maida add baking powder curd ghee and make dough in warm water.keep it for an hour
  2. Now make lemon size balls with hands pressing a little in center with thumb.
  3. Heat ghee in pan in medium low heat fry balooshahi till golden brown on both sides
  4. Now make sugar syrup 600 gm sugar and 300 gm water of one thread consistensy.
  5. Close gas and when the syrup is little warm dip the baloo shahis for 4-5 minutes so that sugar gets coated over it.keep it in air tight container for further use.
