ABOUT Vegetable Omelette in Mug RECIPE

Very easy to make breakfast or snack with few pre prepared veges. A good protein packed snack.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 1 egg
  2. Milk 2 spoons
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Pepper powder a pinch
  5. Boiled corn & peas 1 spoon
  6. Roasted mushrooms 1 tsp
  7. Grated cheese 1 tbsp
  8. Toasted bread slices to serve with
  9. Honey 2 tsp to drizzlw over toasted bread


  1. Break an egg into a microwavable mug.
  2. Add salt, pepper and some milk to it.
  3. Mix with a fork till it becomes frothy.
  4. Micro high it for a minute.
  5. Pop in boiled corn and peas to it and micro high again for 50 seconds.
  6. Sprinkle grated cheese and roasted mushrooms.
  7. Serve it with some honey drizzled toasted bread.
