Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Sprouted green gram dhal 100gm
  2. Moong dhal 100gms
  3. Carrot 100gms
  4. Onions 1 small
  5. Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  6. Salt
  7. Grated coconut optional 100 gms

Instructions

  1. Mix the sprouted dhal,moong dhal,grated carrot together.
  2. Steam it for few minutes
  3. Then mix in grated coconut and finely chopped onions.
  4. Add salt and lemon juice.
  5. Mix well and enjoy a healthy snack
