Ingredients to make Fanta Cake

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup canola or vegetable oil
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 and 1/2 cups fanta orange soda
  • 1 and 1/2 tsp baking soda

How to make Fanta Cake

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F or 190°C. Also butter and flour two 9 inch round cake pans.
  2. In a large stand mixer bowl, add in the eggs, sugar, vanilla, oil and beat on a medium-high speed until it's pale yellow and fluffy.
  3. Add in the flour and fanta to the batter. Mix it for another minute. Then stir in the baking soda and beat well until it is incorporated.
  4. Bake at 375°F for 10 minutes. Then reduce the oven heat to 350°F and bake for the remaining 18-25 minutes.

My Tip:

Ice with cream cheese frosting, topped with a giant orange rose.
