Corn Cheese Oats

Ingredients to make Corn Cheese Oats

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup sweet corn
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • 2 cheese cubes
  • salt to taste
  • butter or oil as required
  • 5-6 paneer cubes
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning masala

How to make Corn Cheese Oats

  1. Put a pan on flame and heat 1 tbsp of butter in it.
  2. Next put in the chopped onion, saute it well then add the corn, tomato and paneer cubes.
  3. Add in salt, a pinch of turmeric powder, then add in the oats. Lastly add 1 cup of water and cook it for 5 minutes.
  4. Put this in a microwave dish and spread the grated cheese and Italian seasoning on top. Microwave it for 30 seconds.
  5. Serve it hot to enjoy.

It's a full meal and very quick recipe.
