  • oil for frying

  1. Make medium dough from atta Boil corn
  2. In a blender crush corn n chili In a kadai heat butter, add corn, capsicum, salt n chat masala Saute till it becomes dry Cool Make balls of dough, add corn stuff n a psc of cheese Seal it
  3. Heat oil n deep fry all kachori
  4. Serve hot with sauce
