ABOUT Kachalu RECIPE

Kachalu is an all time favourite snack that can be cooked any time.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Soaked Imli/Tamarind pulp 1 tbsp
  2. Boiled potatoes 3 medium sized
  3. Black salt to taste
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Sugar 2 tsp
  6. Roasted cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
  7. Red chilli powder 1/4 tsp
  8. Water 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Cut the boiled potatoes into thin slices. Then add the imli pulp into it.
  2. Add in the black salt, salt, sugar, cumin seed powder, red chilli powder and water. Mix it well with the help of a spoon.
  3. Kachalu is ready!
