Wada Kachalu Kebab

Ingredients to make Wada Kachalu Kebab

  • 400 gm kachalu boiled and mashed
  • 200 gm potatoes boiled and mashed
  • 3sp maida
  • 1/2 tsp garlic paste
  • 1tsp anardana powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp carom seeds
  • 1/2 tsp shahi jeera roasted
  • 1 tsp methi
  • 3 green chilies
  • 1/2 tsp chopped ginger
  • salt to taste

How to make Wada Kachalu Kebab

  1. Take a bowl and put all the ingredients and mix them well
  2. Now take some mixture and shape it like a wada
  3. Coat with breadcrumbs
  4. Serve hot with chutneys
