ABOUT Falahari Tri colour sabudana wada RECIPE

Sabudana vadas are so famous and delicious to taste, this is a twist to it with the addition of color to them.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Soaked sabudana 2 cups
  2. boiled potatoes 1
  3. Sendha namak to taste
  4. Roasted peanuts powder - 1 tbsp
  5. Carrot 1 grated for orange wada
  6. Mint & coriander leaves paste for green wada
  7. Boiled raw banana for white wada
  8. ginger chilli paste - 1 tsp
  9. Ghee 2 tspn for shallow fry

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients together except the carrots, mint chutney and the raw banana. Now divide the mixture into 3 parts, add the grated carrot to one part, mint chutney to the 2nd and raw banana to the 3rd.
  2. Now shape the respective coloured vadas and fry them in oil. serve them hot with chutney.
