ABOUT Maggi in Chinese Style RECIPE

Maggie is an all time favourite dish which is eaten in many ways such as boiled, fried, etc. This time I tried it in a Chinese style.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 packet Maggi
  2. 4 onions of medium size
  3. 2 tomatoes of medium size
  4. 1 capsicum
  5. 2 green chillies
  6. A pinch of black pepper powder
  7. 2 tbsp tomato sauce
  8. 1 tbsp chilli sauce
  9. 1 tsp soya sauce
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Sugar 1 tsp
  12. Oil 1 tbsp
  13. Cumin seeds 1 tsp


  1. Chop the onion, tomato, capsicum and green chilli into thin and long strips.
  2. Boil only the maggi noodles in a big pan without the masala. Once boiled, drain it well and wash it under cold water. Separate the noodles on a kitchen platform.
  3. Heat a kadhai on the stove on a medium flame. Add oil to heat, then add in the cumin seeds and let them crackle.
  4. Next add in the chopped green chillies, onion, capsicum and fry it for a few minutes.
  5. Now add in the tomato, maggi masala, sugar, black pepper powder and salt. Mix it well together.
  6. Once the veggies are cooked, add in the maggi noodles. Then add in the tomato sauce, chilli sauce, soya sauce and mix it with the help of a fork.
  7. Chinese Maggi noodles is ready!
