Maggi in Chinese Style

Ingredients to make Maggi in Chinese Style

  • 1 packet Maggi
  • 4 onions of medium size
  • 2 tomatoes of medium size
  • 1 capsicum
  • 2 green chillies
  • A pinch of black pepper powder
  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp chilli sauce
  • 1 tsp soya sauce
  • salt to taste
  • sugar 1 tsp
  • oil 1 tbsp
  • cumin seeds 1 tsp

How to make Maggi in Chinese Style

  1. Chop the onion, tomato, capsicum and green chilli into thin and long strips.
  2. Boil only the maggi noodles in a big pan without the masala. Once boiled, drain it well and wash it under cold water. Separate the noodles on a kitchen platform.
  3. Heat a kadhai on the stove on a medium flame. Add oil to heat, then add in the cumin seeds and let them crackle.
  4. Next add in the chopped green chillies, onion, capsicum and fry it for a few minutes.
  5. Now add in the tomato, maggi masala, sugar, black pepper powder and salt. Mix it well together.
  6. Once the veggies are cooked, add in the maggi noodles. Then add in the tomato sauce, chilli sauce, soya sauce and mix it with the help of a fork.
  7. Chinese Maggi noodles is ready!

Yesterday I also tried this recipe with cumin seeds taste came out very good ,like desi tadka to chinese noodles

why we wld use cumin chinese preparation do we use cumin seeds..other ingredients seems to be ok
