ABOUT Watermelon Ice Cream RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 500 ml full fat milk
  2. 1 small bowl of cold milk
  3. 9 tbsp sugar
  4. 1- 1/2 tbsp corn flour
  5. 1- 1/2 tbsp milk powder
  6. 1- 1/2 tbsp GMS powder
  7. 1/8 tsp CMC powder
  8. 1 bowl of watermelon, chopped
  9. 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Take the small bowl of cold milk, add in the corn flour, milk powder, GMS, CMC powder and mix it well together.
  2. Take a pan, pour in the 500 ml full fat milk, sugar and heat it. Stir it for 15 minutes. Now, pour in the small bowl of milk mixture and mix it well. Let it cool down to room temperature.
  3. Then keep this mixture in the freezer for 1 and 1/2 hour.
  4. After this time, add in the cream and beat well till it doubles in size. Now add in the chopped watermelon and mix it well. Keep this in the freezer for 7 hours to set.
  5. Serve this ice cream in a decorated watermelon flower.
