Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 6 scoops of vanilla ice cream or any ice cream you want
  2. 1 cup all purpose flour
  3. 1 cup water
  4. 1 cup cornflakes
  5. chocolate sauce to drizzle
  6. any dried fruits ( I took apricots )


  1. Take 6 scoops of ice cream. Place on a tray lined with butter paper and freeze for 10 min
  2. Take cornflakes and nicely grind it in a mixer grinder. Place on a flat plate
  3. Take 1 cup all purpose flour and make a smooth paste like of Pakora by adding water
  4. Take out the scoops one by one from the refrigerator
  5. Dip in the mixture of all purpose flour then roll it on the cornflakes mixture
  6. Like wise do all the 6 scoops of ice cream
  7. Now freeze all the 6 scoops in the refrigerator for 15 minutes
  8. Take oil in a pan and heat up well
  9. Put the ice cream ball one by one in hot oil
  10. Fry it for about 10 to 12 sec or until the cornflakes turns brown
  11. Do this process one by one
  12. Don't add 2 balls at a time
  13. Do this process in hot oil
  14. Serve with chocolate sauce and dried fruits
