Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Corn flakes
  2. Vanilla ice cream
  3. Honey
  4. Cashew nuts
  5. Walnuts
  6. All purpose flour for batter


  1. Scoop the ice cream and place on the butter paper. Freeze it for at least half an hour
  2. Mix all purpose flour in water for batter
  3. Dip the scooped frozen ice cream balls in batter one by one
  4. Role it corn flacks
  5. Deep fry it in hot oil until the corn flakes turn to golden brown
  6. Take it out and place it on a tray
  7. Pour the honey on top and garnish with cashews and walnuts
  8. Serve it immediately
