Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Idlis 5
  2. Idli chutney spicy powder 1 tsp
  3. onion 1 thinly sliced
  4. Chillies 2 slit
  5. Curry leaves 10-15
  6. tomato 1
  7. turmeric powder 1 teaspoon
  8. salt as required
  9. oil 1 tablespoon
  10. Mustard seeds 1 tsp


  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil, then add in the mustard seeds. As it splutters, add in the onion and saute till it turns golden brown in colour.
  2. Now add in the chillies and curry leaves. Then add the tomato, next add in the turmeric powder and idli chutney chilli powder.
  3. Now add in the chopped idlis and mix it well.
  4. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
