Tangy Noodles Pizza

Ingredients to make Tangy Noodles Pizza

  • 1 cup noodles
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tsp Maggi bhuna masala
  • 1 tbsp cornflour
  • 2 chopped medium size onions
  • 1 chopped medium size capsicum
  • 1 chopped medium size tomato
  • 1 green chilli
  • 1/2 bowl green peas
  • 1/2 bowl grated paneer
  • 1/2 bowl grated cheese
  • 2 pinches of black pepper powder
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp chilli sauce
  • 1 tbsp ghee

How to make Tangy Noodles Pizza

  1. Boil the water, add in the noodles, maggi bhuna masala and cornflour. Once it becomes dry, turn off the flame.
  2. Take a big thick transparent polythene, divide it into two parts and grease both these parts. Make balls of the boiled noodles with your hands and place it on the polythene.
  3. Cover the noodles ball with another polythene and press it with a round thali/ plate. Freeze this noodles base in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
  4. Chop the onion, tomato, chilli and capsicum. Let it steam and cook with a few drops of oil. Add black pepper powder and salt to it, then steam it again for a minute.
  5. Now take out the noodles from the freezer. Keep it aside.
  6. Heat a non-stick pan. Put the noodles base carefully in the pan, fry till it's golden brown from one side, then flip it over to the other side.
  7. Now on the upper side, spread the tomato sauce, chilli sauce and spread a fine layer of the half grated cheese.
  8. Then spread the steamed mix veg and grated paneer, once again spread the tomato sauce, chilli sauce and spread the remaining grated cheese. Now cover it with a big container.
  9. Add ghee from the sides to make a crispy base. Open the lid after 3 minutes.
  10. Cut it with a pizza cutter and serve.

My Tip:

Cornflour is used while boiling the noodles to set it well.
