ABOUT Homestyle Tangy Noodles RECIPE

Make the base of tomato puree and Marinara sauce add uour favourite veggies and or chicken minces bhuna to top,to keep theze tangy add the cherry tomatoes raw as garnish .Enjoy the indo Italian delight with some oregano and dry basil added .

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 packet Chings Egg hakka noodles.
  2. 2 tomatoes puree
  3. 1tblspn marinara sauce
  4. 1tblspn tomato sauce
  5. 1 cup veggies
  6. 1 onion and some scallions
  7. 1 cup roasted chicken kheema
  8. 8-10 cherry tomatoes to garnish
  9. 1 capsicum
  10. 2 tblspn oil
  11. 1 tspn ginger garlic paste.
  12. Salt to taste
  13. 1tspn dry basil
  14. 1/2 tspn oregano

Instructions

  1. ChingsEgg noodles
  2. Boil strain cool on side
  3. Ready veggies onions and scallions chopped
  4. Heat oil add onion chopped,scallions veggies and 1tspn ginger garlic paste
  5. Saute two minutes add Tomato puree
  6. Cook 2 minutes all add Marinara sauce 1tblspn
  7. Mix sauce add 1tblspn tomato ketchup,oregano and basil too
  8. Mix well ,pour over the resting noodles
  9. Now heat the chicken kheema
  10. Roast well
  11. Add kheema on top of veggies and noodles
  12. Garnish with cherry tomatoes and capsicum
  13. Enjoy Hot
