ABOUT Korean Spinach salad RECIPE

This Korean Spinach Salad is one of the basic Korean vegetable side dishes that is traditionally served with a Korean meal.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 bunch fresh Spinach
  2. 2 chopped spring green onion
  3. 1 tsp soy sauce
  4. 1 tsp sesame oil
  5. 2 tsp sesame seeds
  6. Salt according to taste
  7. 3 cups water


  1. Cut the root ends of the spinach. Wash the spinach thoroughly under running cold water.
  2. Boil 3 cups of water and blanch the spinach. Remove the spinach from the heat and rinse in cold water. Squeeze out excess water.
  3. In a bowl, add in the green onion, soy sauce, sesame oil and sesame seeds. Add salt according to taste.
  4. Put the spinach into the bowl and mix well.
  5. Serve it with any type of bread.
