Baked Bread Rolls

Ingredients to make Baked Bread Rolls

  • 7 boiled potatoes
  • onions 2
  • 1 tomato
  • Brown Bread slices 4
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • oil as required
  • jeera 1 tsp
  • water to make it dry

How to make Baked Bread Rolls

  1. Firstly boil the potatoes and keep it aside.
  2. Take a kadhai and add in 2 tsp oil t heat, now add in the jeera and onions. Saute it properly then add in the tomato. Cook it properly, then add in all the dry masalas, salt, turmeric, chilli and amchur.
  3. Mix it properly and cook. Then turn off the stove and let this sabji cool.
  4. Bake it at 200 degrees celsius and serve it hot.

My Tip:

I used an air fryer to cook this, you can use a convection as well.
