Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Boiled and mashed potatoes 1 + 1/2 cup
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  4. red chilli powder 1 tbsp
  5. raw mango powder 1 tsp
  6. Green chillies finely chopped
  7. Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  8. 2 tbsp oil +oil for frying
  9. Coriander leaves
  10. For bread rolls...
  11. Bread slices
  12. Water
  13. Salt
  14. Red chilli flakes 1 tsp


  1. Heat oil in a kadhai, add the mustard seeds.
  2. Once they splutter, add the green chillies.
  3. Add the boiled and mashed potatoes. Then add the salt and spices.
  4. saute mixture for few minutes and then add coriander leaves.
  5. now in large sauce pan ,add water salt and chilli flakes.
  6. Soak bread slices and squeeze them the excess water out of the slices.
  7. Put stuffing and make bread rolls, and deep fry.
  8. Deep fry the rolls and serve hot with ketchup.
