ABOUT Special Sesame Chicken RECIPE

My invention of sesame chicken with colourful vegetables. A tasty Chinese dish that is healthy as well.

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Chicken 1 kg
  2. Soya sauce 1 tsp
  3. Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp
  4. Chilli powder 1 tbsp
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Sesame seeds 2 tsp
  7. Whole red chillies 4-5
  8. Garlic crushed 1 tbsp
  9. Broccoli- 1 cup
  10. Mushroom- 2 cups
  11. Red capsicum- 1/2 cut in squares
  12. Yellow capsicum- 1/2 cut in squares
  13. Corn flour 2 tbsp
  14. Water 1/4 cup
  15. Oil as required

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken in soya sauce, worcestershire sauce, chilli powder and salt. Keep it in the fridge for 2-3 hours.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add in the sesame seeds, then add in the whole red chillies, add in the garlic and saute till the sesame crackles.
  3. Then add in the marinated chicken and 1 tsp chilli powder with 1 glass of water. Cook for some time. Then add in the whole mushroom and broccoli.
  4. Once all is cooked well, add in the bell peppers. Thicken the gravy with water and corn flour, then simmer and cook till it's done.
  5. Serve it warm.
