Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Soya chunks (soaked in water) 2 cups
  2. Chopped garlic 2 tablespoon
  3. Chopped onion half
  4. Yellow bell pepper 1/4 cup
  5. Red bell pepper 1/4 cup
  6. Green bell pepper 1/4 cup
  7. Chopped cabbage 1/4 cup
  8. Green chillies slit 2
  9. Curry Leaves 3-4
  10. Shezwan sauce 1/2 cup
  11. Oil as required

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a wok and deep fry the chunks. And keep aside.
  2. In a sauce pan heat oil add garlic onion and chillies saute until golden brown. Then add the vegetables and shezwan sauce and saute well.
  3. The add the soya chunks and toss well. Serve the yummilicious chunks.
