ABOUT Pizza My Own Way( A Mexican touch) RECIPE

Whole wheat pizza with stir fried vegetables and garlic paneer.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Whole wheat Pizza Base 10
  2. Onion finely chopped 3
  3. Capsicum finely chopped
  4. Carrot finely chopped 3
  5. Cabbage finely chopped 1 cup
  6. Sweet corn boiled 1 cup
  7. Spring onion whites 1 cup
  8. Paneer cubes 400 grams
  9. Red chilly powder 1 teaspoon
  10. Garlic crushed 2 tablespoon
  11. Ginger grated 2 tablespoon
  12. Green chilies crushed 1 teaspoon
  13. Red chilli flakes to taste
  14. Salt, pepper to taste
  15. Oregano 1 teaspoon
  16. Oil 2 teaspoon
  17. Cheese slices grated 10
  18. Red chilly sauce 2 tablespoon
  19. Tomato sauce 3 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Heat oil , saute all veges on a medium to high flame.
  2. Add salt pepper, chilli crushed.
  3. Turn off gas. Preheat oven at 200.
  4. Mix Crushed garlic and chilli powder and 2 tbsp water. Heat together in a pan and fold in paneer cubes with a tsp of oil till dry.
  5. Take pizza based. Spread Tomato sauce on it. Now spread vege mixture.
  6. Arrange paneer cubes. Spread a layer of Cheese and bake in preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes
  7. Serve with Oragano and chilli garlic sauce and chilli flakes according to taste.
