Sweet Corn Vegetable Soup

Ingredients to make Sweet Corn Vegetable Soup

  • Sweat corn 2 pieces
  • Green coriander leaves 2 tablespoon minced
  • Sweet corn 1 tablespoon
  • carrot 1 tablespoon chopped long 2 inch
  • Green peas 1 tablespoon
  • cornflour 2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper powder 1 teaspoon
  • butter 1 tablespoon
  • vinegar 1/2 teaspoon
  • salt to taste

How to make Sweet Corn Vegetable Soup

  1. First of all grate the sweet corn to get it's cream.
  2. Pour the cream in a deep pan and add 1 cup water, chopped carrot, green peas and sweet corn and mix well.
  3. Cover it and cook it for 5 minutes.
  4. After 5 minute when it is cooked add 2 cups of water.
  5. Now add cornflour in little water in a bowl and dissolve it well.
  6. To make the soup thick add this cornflour water and cook it for 5 minutes on medium flame.
  7. Now add black pepper powder and salt.
  8. Stir soup regularly after 1 or 2 minutes for not to be stick and cook for 5 minutes.
  9. Off the flame.Serve hot with homemade croutons and butter.

My Tip:

You can use deshi ghee also instead of butter for your own homemade taste.
