Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Fresh Sweet Corn 1cup
  2. Carrot 1 finely chopped
  3. Peas 1/4 cup
  4. Corn flour 1.5 tsp
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
  7. Butter 1tsp
  8. Water 3 Cups
  9. vinegar 1/4 tsp

Instructions

  1. Remove corn kernels from corn cob with the help of knife.
  2. Take 3/4 cup of corn in mixie jar and make a paste adding little water.
  3. In a kadaii heat butter melt it and add finely chopped carrot, peas, 1/4 cup corn and corn paste. Saute for 1 min. To this add water, salt and black pepper. Cook for around 8 to 10 minutes or till vegetables are cooked.
  4. Add cornflour mixed in 5 spoon water to the soup. Stir it continuously. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Remove from gas and add 1/4 tsp of white vinegar.
  6. Serve hot.
