Ingredients to make Chilli cheese omlette

  • eggs 2
  • green chillies 2-3
  • onions 1
  • Boiled corns
  • Cheese slices 1
  • salt
  • butter
  • red chilli powder
  • Bread slices

How to make Chilli cheese omlette

  1. Chop 1 onion, 2-3 green chilies, tomatoes in small pieces and transfer them to a bowl.
  2. Put 3-4 cubes of butter and some corn in this mixture of chopped vegetables and mix it properly.
  3. Beat 2 eggs in a bowl and add salt according to your taste and 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder.
  4. Take two bread slices and put them in the egg mixture.
  5. Heat a non stick pan and put a little butter and put the egg dipped slices on the pan.
  6. Change the sides when it turns a little red.
  7. Now, put the vegetable mixture and spread it on one of the bread slices.
  8. Cover the bread with the other bread slice and pan fry it on both the ends.
  9. Cut it in to four triangular pieces and serve it hot with green chutney and ketchup.

My Tip:

To melt the butter slightly so that it mixes well, put a glass in the over and later cover the butter with that warm glass for 4-5 minutes.
