Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Chicken boneless (cut into small cubes)
  2. Paprika flakes 2 tbsp (as per spice)
  3. Butter 50 grm
  4. Amul fresh cream 1/2 box small
  5. Salt
  6. Lemon juice 1
  7. For garlic arabic chutney-
  8. Hang curd 1 tin (i used thick curd)
  9. Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  10. Lemon juice 1
  11. Salt
  12. Olive oil 1 tsp
  13. For tortilla roti-
  14. Boil potatoes 2 (grated)
  15. Flour 250 grm
  16. Salt as taste
  17. Oil 1 tbsp
  18. Cucumber 2
  19. tomatoes 2
  20. Potatoes cut into small cubes 2

Instructions

  1. Tortilla roti- Nead everything into a dough and make rotis and keel aside.
  2. For paprika chicken- Marinate chicken in butter paprika and lemon and keep in fridge for chilling for 2 3 hours. Then add cream and cook on stove until cooked.
  3. For garlic arabic chutney- Put all ingredients together and mix until smooth.
  4. Cut cucumber and tomatoes in small cubes and keep aside.
  5. Take the potatoes brush some olive oil and bake till cooked.
  6. Mix together cucumber tomato potato and chicken and keep aside.
  7. Now take a roti apply the chutney then put some chicken on it then fold it like role .
  8. Serve.
