ABOUT Badam shake.. RECIPE

Chilled milk with flavour of vanilla Custard and loaded with lots of roasted badam

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Milk 1ltr
  2. Sugar as per taste
  3. Badam 1cup roasted and finely chopped
  4. Vanilla Custard powder 1/2cup
  5. Elaychi powder 1tsp

Instructions

  1. Take a heavy bottom pot add milk let it start boiling
  2. As milk take time to boil in that time make slurry of custared powder add some cold milk keep aside
  3. Mean while add sugar elaychi powder to the milk
  4. As milk starts boiling lower the flame add slurry to the milk and mix continuesly
  5. Add chopped roasted badam in it cook for few more minutes and switch off the gas
  6. Keep in fridge for 2 hours
  7. Serve chill
