Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Rice flour 2 cup
  2. Gram flour 8 tsp
  3. Badam 8 to 10
  4. Chilli powder
  5. Sesame seeds 1 tsp
  6. Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  7. Salt
  8. Butter 2 tsp
  9. Oil

Instructions

  1. Heat oil for deep frying in a pan...
  2. Soak Badam in water and blend it in a smooth paste...
  3. In a bowl add all the ingredients , add almond paste little by little to form a soft dough( no need to add water)
  4. Take a potion of dough in the murukku press ..when the oil is hot make a round layer in hot oil..... when it turns into crispy golden brown colour , drain it in tissue paper...
  5. Cool down and store in airtight container.....
