Ingredients to make Amla squash...

  • Amla (indian gooseberry) 6-8
  • sugar 2 tbsp
  • Blacksalt 1/2 tsp
  • ginger 1/2 inch
  • pudina (mint)leaves 4-5
  • water 1/4cup

How to make Amla squash...

  1. Wash and deseed the amlas
  2. Cut into small pieces
  3. Add the pieces of amla,ginger, sugar salt and water in a blender
  4. Blend it till smooth.
  5. Now fill this in a bottle and store it in the refrigerator.
  6. While serving take 1/4 glass of the prepared sherbet concentrate, add half glass of water, freshly chopped pudina leaves and ice.

My Tip:

You can make this in large batches and freeze it in ice trays. Later pack them in zip lock and use the cubes as needed.
