Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Capsicum( red, green,yellow) - 1 each
  2. Paneer -1 1/2 cup
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Black pepper - 1 tsp
  5. Cornflour- 2 tsp
  6. Kesar few strands( soaked in milk)


  1. Mash paneer. Add salt, black pepper powder and cornflour. Mix
  2. Divide into two. To one part add kesar milk.
  3. Take capsicum. Cut roundels. Take capsicum of one colour. Fill with white portion. Keep centre empty. Now fit another capsicum of different color inside it. Add yellow portion in it as shown in picture.
  4. Make all like this by mixing different colours.
  5. Take a non-stick or grill pan. Put these into it. Oil is optional. Cook for 2-3 minutes on both sides.
  6. Perfect for tiffin as it is healthy and dry.
  7. Kids will love as it is looks beautiful.
