Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Vermicelli 200g
  2. Butter 50 g
  3. Onion 1 finely chopped
  4. Cumin seeds
  5. Ginger 1 inch finely chopped
  6. Garlic 5 cloves finely chopped
  7. Tomato 2 nos chopped
  8. Red capsicum 1 no chopped
  9. Green capsicum 1 no chopped
  10. Water
  11. Coriander leaves
  12. Salt
  13. Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon
  14. Garam masala 1 tablespoon
  15. Chilly powder 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Chop all as mentioned in the ingredients
  2. In a pan add butter as it heats add cumin seeds as it splutters add onion then add ginger and garlic.
  3. Then add tomato saute well then add capsicum.
  4. Now add masala and salt.
  5. Add required water. Let it boil.
  6. As it boils add vermicelli let it cook.
  7. Finally, add coriander leaves to it.
