Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Boiled vermicelli 2 cups
  2. Chopped veggies 1 big bowl (carrot, peas, capsicum, beans etc.)
  3. Chopped onion 1
  4. Oil 1 tablespoon + 1teaspoon
  5. Turmeric Powder 1/8 teaspoon
  6. Chopped green chilli (optional)
  7. Pepper powder 1/6 teaspoon
  8. Ghee 1 teaspoon(optional)


  1. Boil water and add vermicelli, salt, 1 teaspoon oil.
  2. Cook for few minutes. Drain water, wash it in cold water and keep aside.
  3. Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onion and fry it for few minutes.
  4. Add all the vegetables, cover it and cook it well.
  5. Add cooked vermicelli, salt, turmeric powder, pepper powder and stir gently.
  6. 1 teaspoon of ghee can be added on preference. Switch off the gas and serve hot.
