Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 200gm Vermicelli
  2. 1/2 cup each Chopped veggies (Tomato, Capsicum, Carrot, Cabbage)
  3. 1 tablespoon vinegar
  4. 1 tablespoon Chilli sauce
  5. 2 Tablespoon tomato sauce
  6. 1 teaspoon turmeric (optional)
  7. 1 green chilly
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Refined oil
  10. 300 ml boiled water
  11. Coriander to Garnish


  1. Roast vermicelli in a wok seperately.
  2. Take another wok, put some oil, when oil is heated add chopped veggies and green chilly. Stir fry veggies for a minute.
  3. Now add tomatoes.
  4. Add salt and turmeric powder. Cook till the tomatoes are mushy enough.
  5. Add roasted vermicelli and saute.
  6. Add boiled water, chilly sauce and tomato sauce.
  7. Cover the wok with a lid for five minutes. Check if vermicelli is properly cooked. Add vinegar and garnish with coriander.
  8. Serve hot.
