A very healthy and tasty dish for tiffin or morning breakfast

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Vermicelli 1 cup
  2. Tomato chopped 1/2 cup
  3. Onion chopped 1/2 cup
  4. oil 2 tbsp
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Black Pepper 1 tsp
  7. Green chilli 1 tsp
  8. Curry leaves 6 to 8
  9. Coriander leaves
  10. Rai 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Put 1 tsp of oil in a pan and saute vermicelli on medium flame for 4 minutes. Take it out of pan
  2. Now put water to boil in a kadai. boil vermecelli and strain them
  3. Now take another pan, add oil, rai, curry leaves, green chillies, and onions. Saute all till onion gets cooked
  4. Then add tomatoes. Cook till tomatoes are soft
  5. Now add vermicelli ,salt, pepper, saute it for another 5 minutes
  6. Add fresh coriander leaves and then serve hot
