Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Boiled and mashed potatoes 2 cups
  2. Sago flour 1 cup
  3. Samachawal flour 1 cup
  4. Grated coconut 2 cup
  5. Green chilli 1
  6. Sendha namak to taste
  7. Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  8. Sugar 1 tbsp
  9. Fresh coriander chutney 2 tbsp
  10. Fresh coriander
  11. Raisins finely chopped 2 tbsp
  12. Cashews chopped 2 tbsp
  13. oil

Instructions

  1. Grate potatoes
  2. Add samachawal flour and salt to it
  3. Now in a pan add ghee, jeera,coconut,salt,chutney,lemon juice,sugar,green chilli. Saute for two minutes. Remove from heat. Add fresh coriander. This is the mixture for filling. Take a ball of this mixture and flatten it. Fill in nuts and seal it
  4. Now make a ball of potato mixture,flatten it and fill it with prepared mixture
  5. Make it round and seal it
  6. Coat it in sago flour
  7. Deep fry and serve with falahari chutney.
