ABOUT Beetroot Spring Pulav RECIPE

It is yummy, healthy and nutritious to eat.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Cumin seeds 1/4 tsp
  2. Mustard seeds 1/4 teaspoon
  3. 1cup chopped spring onions
  4. 1cup finally chopped beetroot
  5. 1/2cup finally chopped carrot
  6. 1/4cup chopped capsicum
  7. 1/4 cup chopped cabbage
  8. 1tablespoon Lemon juice
  9. 1tablespoon chopped coriander
  10. Salt to taste
  11. 1/4 teaspoon sugar
  12. 1tablespoon oil
  13. 2cups boiled basmati rice

Instructions

  1. Heat oil and put mustard seeds and cumin seeds.
  2. Put spring onions and fry till it becomes translucent
  3. Add beetroot and all the chopped veggies and fry for few minutes
  4. Add boiled rice and mix it well
  5. Put lemon juice
  6. Add salt to taste and sugar. Serve
