Beetroot Spring Pulav

Ingredients to make Beetroot Spring Pulav

  • cumin seeds 1/4 tsp
  • mustard seeds 1/4 teaspoon
  • 1cup chopped spring onions
  • 1cup finally chopped beetroot
  • 1/2cup finally chopped carrot
  • 1/4cup chopped capsicum
  • 1/4 cup chopped cabbage
  • 1tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1tablespoon chopped coriander
  • salt to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar
  • 1tablespoon oil
  • 2cups boiled basmati rice

How to make Beetroot Spring Pulav

  1. Heat oil and put mustard seeds and cumin seeds.
  2. Put spring onions and fry till it becomes translucent
  3. Add beetroot and all the chopped veggies and fry for few minutes
  4. Add boiled rice and mix it well
  5. Put lemon juice
  6. Add salt to taste and sugar. Serve
