Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1/2 kg boneless chicken
  2. carrots
  3. capsicums
  4. Red Chinese colour
  5. Soya sauce
  6. Red chilli sauce
  7. Red chilli powder
  8. Sticks
  9. Salt
  10. Cournflour
  11. Chat masala
  12. pinch of black pepper
  13. green chilli and ginger paste

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl add boneless chicken and add all ingredients except chat masala
  2. In a stick first take capsicum, slide in, then add carrots, chicken and repeat. Deep fry the sticks. Sprinkle chat masala and serve.
