Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. chicken 250 gm
  2. onion 1 thickly sliced
  3. ginger garlic paste 1 tbs
  4. Whole spices ( clove, cardamom, bay leaf, cinnamon stick, black pepper corn) each 1
  5. cumin powder 1 tsp
  6. red chilly 5
  7. coriander powder 1 tsp
  8. Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
  9. Roasted gram flour 1 tsp
  10. red chilly powder 1 tsp
  11. Boiled and mashed potato 1
  12. curd 1 tsp
  13. salt as per taste
  14. oil 2 tbs+ for frying
  15. Bread crumbs 2 tbs + for coating


  1. Heat oil in a pan add onions, whole spices, ginger garlic paste and saute for 1 minute.
  2. Add chicken, whole chillies, red ccoriander powder,cumin powder, roasted gram flour and garam masala powder.
  3. Add curd and Cook until chicken tenders and all water dries out.
  4. Grind in mixer for few sec (not like smooth paste)
  5. Now add boiled and mashed potatoes and bread crumbs.
  6. Make round shaped kebabs.
  7. Take bread stick, cut according to your choice and make stick kebabs.
  8. Roll in bread crumbs and keep in fridge for an hour.
  9. Heat oil in Kadai and deep fry till golden.
  10. Serve with ketchup.
