Ingredients to make Mix Dal vada

  • Sabut moong 1 cup
  • chana dal 1 cup
  • Green chilies 7-8
  • ginger 3 tsp
  • Chaat masala
  • Red chili powder
  • salt
  • amchur powder
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1tsp jeera powder
  • oil for frying

How to make Mix Dal vada

  1. Soak both dals for 2-3 hours
  2. Grind both the Dals with little water. grind coarsely
  3. Grind ginger and green chillies and make a paste.Add this paste and all masalas and mix well
  4. Make small vadas and fry in oil or cook in appe pan .
  5. Serve with grated radish and Chutney.
