It is a ready-made kulcha stuffed with grated paneer and capsicum

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Kulcha 6
  2. Grated Paneer 150 gms
  3. capsicum 1 large
  4. Sliced onions 2
  5. Garlic crushed and chopped 2-3 cloves,
  6. Dry masala : salt to taste, red chili flakes 1/2 tsp, oregano 1/2 tsp, black pepper powder 1/2 tsp, tomato sauce 1 tsp, butter 2 tbsp, oil 1 tsp


  1. Add butter and oil together, put crushed garlic and saute for a while, now add sliced onions saute until light pink, add sliced capsicum and cook for a minute.
  2. Add all dry spices one by one, now add grated Paneer and saute well. Put this mixer onto a plate to cool.
  3. Take a kulcha, spread tomato ketchup and enough amount of Paneer mix, keep second kulcha on top. Grill it on both sides on grill pan or normal Tawa. Now cut it out into two or four pieces. Served with sauce
