ABOUT Caramel Frosting RECIPE

This frosting recipe is a delicious option to decorate your favourite cupcakes with.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 120 grams Butter
  2. 200 grams Brown Sugar
  3. 300 grams White Sugar
  4. 200ml Fresh Cream


  1. Use a heavy bottomed pan to melt the butter, don’t let it burn, add the sugars and let them melt, stirring continuously.
  2. Don’t let it char, keep the flame low, it will melt in 3-5 minutes.
  3. Take off the fire and gently stir in the cream, use a wooden spoon to make a smooth caramel sauce.
  4. Remove into a clean, dry, glass jar while it is warm.
