Ingredients to make Pavlova

  • 4 large egg whites
  • 1 cup caster sugar
  • 2 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • Whipped cream
  • Fruits

How to make Pavlova

  1. Beat egg whites by adding sugar in between,until stiff peaks are formed
  2. Add in vanilla essence & mix
  3. Add in cornstarch & vinegar & fold it with spatula
  4. Bake at 180° degrees C preheated oven for 50-55 min
  5. Once done let it cool down in room temperature
  6. Spread whipped cream over it
  7. Top it with fruits of your choice

My Tip:

Sour fruits/berries will be taste better than the usual fruits
