Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Flaxseeds powder 1 cup
  2. Quinoa Pops 1 cup
  3. Crushed Dates 1/2 cup
  4. Almonds,Pistachio slices, Raisins 1/2 cup
  5. Honey 3 to 4 teaspoons
  6. Jaggery Powder 1/2 cup
  7. 1/2 Teaspoon Sinnamon powder
  8. 1/2 Teaspoon Nutmeg powder

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a thick bottomed pan.
  2. Keep on a slow flame gas for few minutes till all the ingredients are mixed well.
  3. Then pour the mixture in a container.
  4. Add some dry fruits on the top.
  5. Once it cools down cut it into pieces like bars.
  6. Keep it in the airtight container to remain crispy.
