ABOUT Glazed Almond RECIPE

Chocho-glazed and caramelised almonds. Good for snacks, decoration of dessert and as sweets in winters.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Sugar 100 gram
  2. Chocolate 30 gram
  3. Cinnamon stick one (optional)
  4. Pinch of salt
  5. Vanilla essence one teaspoon
  6. Almonds 1/2 cup
  7. Caster sugar for dusting


  1. Heat sugar In a heavy bottom pan for a caramelising. Add cinnamon stick and pinch of salt. Heat pan on medium flam and stir constantly until sugar caramelises
  2. Now add half almonds and coat them with sugar. Keep a side for cooling. keep on a cooling rack so that extra caramel drips off.
  3. Sprinkle/dust caster sugar on it.
  4. And in same pan, add chocolate and vanilla. Heat again, mix well and add almonds.Stir to coat well. Keep aside for cooling.
