ABOUT Methi Paneer Bhurji RECIPE

Its my own recipe, very simple and delicious with common spices which are easily available in the Indian kitchen

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Grated Paneer 250 gms
  2. Oil and butter as per your wish
  3. milk 1/4 cup
  4. finely sliced onions 2
  5. grated tomatoes 2
  6. Dry masala : salt to taste, red chilli powder 1 tsp, dry coriander powder 1-1/2 tsp, garam masala 1 tsp, kasoori methi powder 1 tbsp
  7. For garnishing - kasoori methi, powder , green chilies 2, finely coriander leaves, grated paneer 1 tbsp and butter 1 tbsp


  1. Add oil and butter in equal quantity, I used 1 tbsp each. Saute onions until light brown
  2. Add all dry spices except kasoori methi, one by one saute it properly
  3. Now turn the gas off. add tomatoes and stir it well . Add grated Paneer and milk in this mixture, now time to turn the gas on and saute until oil leaves the side.
  4. Finally put roasted and powdered kasoori methi on the top and garnish with green chillies, coriander leaves and butter
