How to make Methi Paneer Bhurji

  1. Add oil and butter in equal quantity, I used 1 tbsp each. Saute onions until light brown
  2. Add all dry spices except kasoori methi, one by one saute it properly
  3. Now turn the gas off. add tomatoes and stir it well . Add grated Paneer and milk in this mixture, now time to turn the gas on and saute until oil leaves the side.
  4. Finally put roasted and powdered kasoori methi on the top and garnish with green chillies, coriander leaves and butter

My Tip:

I roasted kasoori methi first on tawa and powdered it, this way it smells good and tastes good too.
