Ingredients to make Fig Icecream

  • 1cup whipping cream
  • 1/2 tin milkmaid
  • 100 gm dried figs
  • 1tsp Vanilla Extract

How to make Fig Icecream

  1. Cut and soak figs in warm water for about 1 hr.
  2. After they become soft put in a heavy bottom vessel. Add 1/2 cup sugar and cook till 1 thread consistency. Cool to the room temperature.
  3. Take a big bowl. Add remaining ingredients and whip the mixture till it becomes stiff. (About 10-15min.)
  4. Add the fig mixture and mix thoroughly.
  5. Set in the freezer compartment for 5-6 hrs.
  6. Serve
